Every order from Altar Ego is prepared with ritual, care, and intention. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your sacred goods within the United States.

Where We Ship

We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order or handcrafted items may take longer (see individual product descriptions).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We use calculated shipping rates at checkout.
Shipping costs are based on your order’s total weight, packaging size, and delivery address. Rates are automatically provided by carriers like USPS and UPS, so you get the most accurate, real-time pricing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. Please note that delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays are outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with your local USPS or UPS office.

We are happy to help open a claim if needed, but Altar Ego is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
