Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Life happens, and I get it. To keep things fair for everyone:

• Rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance is completely free — just text (801) 557-7758
• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of the booked service, to be paid before rebooking
• No-shows will result in a fee of 100% of the booked service, to be paid before rebooking
• Because we are all human, I will waive one late cancellation and one no-show fee per year for returning clients

Payments

• All services and products are final sale — no refunds or exchanges
• I accept all major credit & debit cards, cash, and Zelle. No checks or other money transfer services.
• Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated — and kind words mean just as much. Leave a review →

Health & Safety

• Hairoism is an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming space. You are welcome to be fully yourself here, always.
• As a licensed Cosmetologist & Instructor, I work with ALL hair types and textures — cuts and colors for everyone.
• Your comfort matters. If you need a break, an adjustment, or a different approach, just say the word.
• I’m happy to wear a face mask during your appointment — just ask. But please stay home if you’re sick.
• Your well-being is just as important as your hair. ♥
